Avid Archers Technical Tips

If you are one of the many out there now shooting a Destroyer 350 or Destroyer 340, you are probably aware of the new Over Drive Binary cam system. What you may not be aware of is the fact that this cam system allows you to really fine tune your arrows and point of impact. 
Have you noticed your broad head group not quite as tight as you would like? Or maybe some left and right variances when you know you can do better than that? Well, it may be that your bow is due for some tuning. 
With the yolk system on the Over Drive cams you can literally micro tune the cams over to get them perfectly tuned. This may be somewhat of a lost art for folks that have been shooting the original Binary cams as well as some other cam systems. It is just a matter of adding or taking away twists from the two sides of the yolk end on the cables. It might be a good idea to get back into your dealer and see if you should give it a try.
